Fisher Ave., between Normandy and Falaise, will be closed from 8:00 to 23:00 During the closure it will be opened to local traffic only. It will reopen for regular traffic at 11:00 a.m.
10:30 Solemn concelebration with the participation of the Vicar General Msgr. Kevin Beach. The Eucharist will be celebrated under the tent. The procession, with the image (picture) of the Madonna, is led by the "Royal Canadian Mounted Police Pipes & Drums and will include the Italian Associations of Ottawa.
12:00 Festival Opens for Lunch!
